• Leveraging a VPN to overcome area restrictions might violate local laws.
• Exposing your account keys.

Breach of this policy can lead to instant account cancellation without any reimbursement.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Gold IPTV functions as a service provider and does not host, store, or generate any content. We offer access to streams that are already publicly available online. Users must take responsibility to ensure compliance with copyright laws within their respective jurisdictions.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is made available 'as is', lacking any warranties. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that every channel will be accessible at all times. Gold IPTV will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may occur from utilizing or failing to access the Service.

11. Termination

We hold the right to end or pause your account at any time, without warning, if your behavior infringes upon these Terms & Conditions or is detrimental to our Service or fellow users.
